Denman D3 Review: The brush that boosted my curls
I've been struggling with my tangled hair since I have memory (with a time spawn where I straightened and f*ed up my whole head). But since I recovered my natural 3B hair in 2020, I used and descarted tons of hair brushes until I surrended to the Denman D3 Brush.
For those who struggle like me to detangle and stylize their curls, this Denman hair brush is a game-changer. The days of dreaded combing your hair are over since this brush makes the task effortless, giving you detangled and defined curls every time.
I'm not lying if I tel you The Denman brush's a crucial tool for people with curly hair.
"Oh, Nana. What if I have a whole LOT of hair and the bristles rows are too thick?" Do not worry! You can remove as much rows of bristles as you need. The default composition is a 7 row set, but you can make it a 5 row without a problem! (This advice is for those who have a lot of hair, thicker or longer).
It is one of my absolute favorites, so I'm gonna share with you how I use it:
1. In the shower, with hair conditioner or a hair mask I divide my hair into sections using my fingers. Then I brush every section down to top (I start in the ends of my hair and detangle it up to my scalp).
2. Once it's fully detangled, I section again my hair out of the shower and apply a small amount of leave-in and brush every section with the brush facing down at first (to detangle any knot that may have form) and then facing up and lifting my hair and tilting a little bit to make the easiest curls definition ever.
3. When it is all stylized, I just scrunch it with a little of any fixation products, remove the excess water and products scrunching again with a microfiber towel and you're almst ready to go!!
